TPEE Celanese G5544 is a well‑balanced engineering elastomer with moderate hardness of 55D. Its core advantages lie in the combination of high elasticity and high strength, excellent fatigue resistance, wear resistance and favorable chemical resistance.
Main Applications
Automotive Industry: Widely used for CVJ boots, steering gear boots, shock‑absorber boots, air‑bag covers, air intake ducts and other components.
Electrical‑Electronic & Consumer Goods: Suitable for cable sheaths, cordless‑phone antenna housings, elastic electrical‑appliance keys, power tools, sporting goods and other products.
Industrial Parts: Applied to manufacture wear‑resistant and elastic components such as seals, conveyor belts, high‑pressure gaskets and noise‑reducing gears.
